1. Why did you move abroad?
For love and other complex reasons - including September 11th. My family was directly affected by the 9-11 attacks, so in addition to falling in love with my husband, it felt like a good time to hightail it the hell out of there.

1. Why did you move abroad?
I moved to Costa Rica for a boy! Exactly what us girls are taught NOT to do. What can I say? I’ve always been a rebel…well, a dorky rebel.

From Atlanta to Puerto Rico: Sun Kissed Bliss

sun kiss bliss puerto rico misty great dane My name is Misty and I am originally from Atlanta, GA. I have also lived in New York and most recently Pensacola, Florida. Currently I live in Isabela, Puerto Rico, a small beach community on the north shore of the island.

1. Why did you move abroad?
Nothing too glamorous or spontaneous…my husband’s job brought us to Puerto Rico.  Although his job is pretty cool and I am very excited for the opportunity to live on a tropical island!
